Zoom's standard online terms carry no credit remedy for Zoom Meetings: Standard, self-serve Zoom Workplace/Meetings Terms of Service (Effective August 11, 2023) carry no SLA/credit remedy: Services are provided 'AS IS' with all warranties disclaimed, no uptime commitment. A reseller-channel supplemental SLA (e.g. via Mitel) with numeric thresholds exists but is not available to direct self-serve customers, requires claims to be filed through the reseller, and is excluded here.
