SLA Credit Watch

Terms

Effective date: July 16, 2026.

What this site provides

SLA Credit Watch computes and displays informational estimates derived from vendor-published SLA terms and vendor-published status data. These figures are not legal or financial advice, and using this site does not create an attorney-client or advisory relationship of any kind.

Self-service and optional review

The self-service checklist is available without requesting contact from AllCaps Technologies. A free eligibility review from AllCaps Technologies is a separate, optional service that begins only when you request it and consent to contact about the case. The review assists with operational SLA evidence and claim preparation; it is not legal representation or a guarantee of vendor approval.

No guarantee

Nothing on this site guarantees that a vendor will recognize, approve, or pay any SLA credit. The vendor's own terms control in all cases, and a vendor's determination may differ from the estimate shown here.

As-is

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Operating entity and governing law

SLA Credit Watch is operated by AllCaps Technologies Inc. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
