What we store

When you subscribe, we store your email address and the vendors you select. Subscription setup does not ask for monthly spend or contract details. We use your subscription information solely to send the alerts described on this site: incident notices, SLA credit threshold crossings, and filing-deadline reminders for the vendors you selected.

Eligibility checks and optional AllCaps Technologies reviews

You may use the self-service eligibility checklist without giving us contact information. Self-service answers are used to render your result and are not saved as an AllCaps Technologies review case.

If you explicitly request a free review from AllCaps Technologies, we store the contact, company, vendor, plan, configuration, impact and evidence information you submit so AllCaps Technologies can review and contact you about that case. Requesting a review is optional and requires a separate consent checkbox.

Do not submit credentials, secrets or unredacted sensitive logs. The current form accepts evidence descriptions, not file uploads.

What we don't do with it

Your information is never sold. Eligibility-review information is used by SLA Credit Watch and AllCaps Technologies only to provide the review you requested and follow up about that case.

Deletion

Unsubscribing stops all email to you immediately. Full deletion of your stored data happens on request: email [email protected] and we will remove it.

Server logs

Standard web server access logs are retained for approximately 30 days for operational purposes (debugging, abuse prevention). We do not run analytics or tracking beyond these logs, and we set no cookies of our own except any security cookies Cloudflare sets to protect the site.
