Checklist
- Confirm the project, covered service, edition or tier, region and deployment configuration.
- Preserve valid-request and server-error logs with the qualifying downtime intervals.
- Apply the product's minimum continuous downtime and back-off requirements.
- Calculate the SLA metric for the full calendar month per project and covered service.
- Notify Google technical support within the product-specific claim window.
