Checklist
- Confirm the plan, product-specific SLA and any negotiated Enterprise terms.
- Preserve request/error telemetry, affected URLs and network traceroutes.
- Document the actual customer outage period and the share of traffic or users affected.
- Check exclusions for Workers and interdependent services or storage bindings.
- Open Cloudflare support promptly. Some standard terms require notice within five business days, but confirm the product-specific SLA and negotiated contract.
