  2. Preserve request/error telemetry, affected URLs and network traceroutes.
  3. Document the actual customer outage period and the share of traffic or users affected.
  4. Check exclusions for Workers and interdependent services or storage bindings.
  5. Open Cloudflare support promptly. Some standard terms require notice within five business days, but confirm the product-specific SLA and negotiated contract.
