Checklist

  1. Confirm the subscription, affected resources, service tier and redundancy configuration.
  2. Export Azure Monitor evidence showing the time and duration of the impact.
  3. Record affected resource names, users and locations, and the errors observed.
  4. Calculate uptime using the applicable service definition and full Applicable Period.
  5. Submit the supported Azure claim within 60 days of the incident.
