Checklist
- Confirm you pay for the affected Service Feature: Enterprise Cloud (core), Actions, or Packages. Copilot and Codespaces are not covered.
- Note the SLA is measured per calendar quarter, not per month or per incident; GitHub's own monitoring is authoritative.
- Save the status page incident and, when published, GitHub's availability report for the affected period.
- Record your organization, affected repositories or workflows, and the impact window in UTC.
- Submit a written request to GitHub Support (or Microsoft, if purchased through Microsoft) within 30 days after the quarter ends.
