Check your SLA credit eligibility
Atlassian Confluence reported: Issues affecting user syncing, Atlassian Administration. Public status is a starting point. This check compares the incident with information only you have.
Choose your path
Self-service: complete the check and use the checklist yourself. No contact information is required and nothing is sent to AllCaps Technologies.
Optional free review from AllCaps Technologies: provide contact details and explicit consent if you want its vendor-contract specialists to review the case with you.
Checklist
- Confirm your plan: only Premium and Enterprise carry the SLA, and the credit ladder differs between them.
- Downtime is defined by your tenant's own error rate; Atlassian's monitoring is the sole source of truth, so request their uptime data for your site.
- Record your site URL, affected users, and the errors observed with UTC timestamps.
- Calculate the monthly uptime for the full calendar month, not just the public incident duration.
- Submit a fully completed support.atlassian.com ticket within 15 days after the end of the month.
